Psychotherapy
Chris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with mental health for over eleven years. She is experienced and prepared to work with all varieties of mental. emotional, and relational challenges, including severe mental illness. She has particular familiarity in working with psychological trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, spirituality, aging, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. She pairs her firm grounding in spirituality with modern evidenced-based techniques for optimal healing and growth.
