Psychedelic-assisted therapy
Preparing for and Integrating Psychedelic Experiences
Psychedelic-assisted therapy can be healing because it helps people access emotions, memories, and perspectives that are usually blocked by fear or rigid thinking. These experiences can increase brain flexibility, allowing new neural pathways and healthier thought patterns to form. In a guided therapeutic setting, insights gained during the experience can be processed safely and integrated into everyday life. This combination often leads to reduced symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma, and a deeper sense of connection and meaning. Chris brings five years of experience and training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Chris will not be practicing MDMA or Psylocibin-Assisted Therapy until FDA approval is complete or until NJ state law allows.
